We request a deposit to reserve your wedding location, date and time. We require a 50% deposit (U.S. funds), by credit card (Visa & Master Card), check or money order. We have a secure website, if you would like to pay on line. As soon as we receive your deposit we will email you a confirmation and receipt. If you plan to pay your balance due by credit card, please pay a minimum of 5 days in advance of your wedding date. If paying the balance at time of ceremony, we accept only cash or Travelers Checks, please.
To pay by personal check Please mail to our office at 225 Queen St., Suite 17E, Honolulu, HI 96813. Be sure that the check has your name on it and include your wedding date and time on the check so we can properly credit you.
To pay by credit card on our secured web site You may use our secured web site to enter your credit card information. You will find the credit card link under the Planning My Wedding form.
To pay by credit card by email If you would like to send the information by email, we recommend that you send us the information in two separate emails. 2) the expiration date on your credit card along with 3) your name and wedding date.

There are times that it is necessary for a couple to change their wedding plans. We will work with you to rearrange or reschedule your plans to the best of our ability. Sometimes we find it necessary to charge a Cancellation Fee when no future date can be determined or changes happen within 30 days of the scheduled date.
When a wedding is canceled over 30 days in advance a minimum 10% Cancellation Fee will be assessed for weddings over $500. And a $50 fee for those weddings under $500. When a wedding is canceled within 30 days of the wedding date we still need to pay our staff for the time that they secured for your wedding and were unable to schedule other events. If a wedding is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date the entire deposit will be forfeited.
OVERTIME FEES Our staff members are professionals, they arrive early and are prepared to care for your every need. A $50 per vendor (minister, photographer, vocalist, etc.) overtime fee will be charged if you arrive late, or if your ceremony is delayed past the time of your pre-arranged and scheduled ceremony time (fee will be payable on site). We dislike having to charge any extra fees, and though it rarely happens, at times it is necessary!
